Cy Lynch

Kentucky born, and raised in Georgia and Florida, Cyrell E. ("Cy") Lynch graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Florida with a B.A. in Economics. He then sought and received his law degree from the University of Michigan.

After nearly eight years of military service as an army lawyer, and nine years with a prestigious Atlanta law firm, Cy finally realized his long-time goal of establishing his own legal and financial planning and investment advisory practice. During the years following his military service, he had focused on business-related litigation and commercial bankruptcies and had become a sought-after speaker and prolific writer in his chosen specialties. From this experience, Cy's intimacy with business and finance had given him a solid background to qualify him as an astute investor and advisor.

Cy joined an investment club in 1984 of which he remains an active member. And, for most of the time between 1988 and now, he has been active in the Atlanta Chapter of NAIC, serving as the Vice President of Education, in which capacity he developed the Chapter's highly successful training seminar program that serves over 1,500 people annually. In 1998, Cy received NAIC's coveted O'Hara Award in recognition of his service to the Atlanta Chapter.

The combination of Cy's practical, professional experience, and his ability to clearly and simply convey to others what he knows, are the qualities that we're pleased to bring to our Web site visitors.

Cy lives in Stone Mountain, Georgia, with his wife, Barbara. He sings in his church choir, is active in the local community theatre, and is an avid Atlanta Braves fan.
